Welcome to CNFL-OFG Summer League
                                   
 This league is comprised of members from CNFL and OFG

Summer time is usually a down time for Madden here we look to give the Die Hards a competitive new league to play in with fresh faces and competition.

This League is scheduled to be played right up till the release of Madden 16 which if all goes well we should get in 3 complete seasons

AGAIN THIS LEAGUE IS FOR THE DIE HARDS THAT CAN COMMIT TO PLAY THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER MONTHS ONLY.

The regular OFG and CNFL leagues will continue.
OFG until Madden 16
CNFL will shut down for the summer at the conclusion of this season (more than likely)

Summer League format:
Monday Wednesday Friday deadline 10pm
9min Qtr
Accel Clock
All Madden Skill level
Created Coaches

Roster Format:
The Summer league roster Format will be updated NFL rosters the latest ones issued by EA.

I have also went in and made most of the free agent moves to date to bring the teams as close to their current NFL rosters as possible.

If there is a player currently on your NFL roster U own the rights to that player and the other owner must give him up. Any other compensation also must be done (draft pks etc)

If a player is acquired before we start the Free agency period you own the rights to that player
ie if AP get traded to the Cards for Fitz we will do that in our league if it happens b4 we start free agency.

Once we open Free Agency what happens in the NFL know longer matter

Every roster but the Seahawks has holes it’s ur GM skills that will make the difference

Season 1:
We will  start Season 1 of Summer League by simming  to the resigning period.
During the simming PLEASE HAVE UR CPU GAME PREP TURN ON
You will have 24hrs from the simming of the season to do ur resignings
After resignings are complete


Free Agency:

All players that are retired from the NFL are retired in Summer League NO BIDDING

Josh Gordon and Justin Blackmon belong to the Browns and Jags after the sim
NO Bidding on them

All other players not on a NFL roster can be bid on

We will skip rd 1 of free agency
Start Free Agency with rd 2 so scouting can be done while we wait.
Rd 2 will again be 24 hours
Round 3 of Free Agency will also be 24 hrs .
After Free Agency there will be a brief scouting time before the draft

The Draft
During Free agency all owners will be asked to complete any and all NFL 2015 draft pick trades THIS MUST BE DONE!!!
There are 2 options for the draft Thursday or Sunday which we as a lg will vote on
Thursday would need 75% of the vote to win.
Either day Draft time is 9pm

League schedule for Thursday draft
Resignings  Monday 9pm-Tuesday 9pm
Free Agency Rd 1 Tuesday 9pm -Wed 9pm
Free Agency Rd 2 Wed 9pm- Thurs. 8pm
Draft Prep 8pm-9pm
Draft starting at 9pm

A Sunday draft these times will be more spread out.

Trades:
We want this to be a fun carefree league but we do want to keep it sim and fair.
Feel free to make as many trades as you like there is really no limits
but no more than 3 players from 1 team in any trade.
We do have a 5 person Trade committee that will be approving trades
If ur trade gets denied PLEASE dont get upset in most cases there is just some minor tweaking thats needed.
Remember we only have 3 seasons to play so future picks will be frowned upon due to the lack of time to grow players,
Trades will be posted on CNFL boards and forwarded to the TC for votes

Shizauny Mac, Abomb, and I will be the Admins for the lg forward any questions to one of us we will get you an answer ASAP.
With the league being new and merging 2 lgs please be patient as we work through the kinks
